Tanzit's carrying an axe now. And using Eviscerate. Wow. Finally it's easier to cap.

I didn't like the boss auras in the first place, and now they've added them to the NPC's as well

I think Sand Worms (Wurms) got a major spawn increase. I'm out cruising through the desert trying to kill Sand Giants (can't find any) or Salving Cacti (got one...) and I have hit no less than 4 Sand Worms in a 40 minute period.

And for some reason they seem more difficult now to kill.

Of minor importance...

- Mhenlo's position in Pre-Searing Ashford Abbey is now on the other side of the small hut.

- Necromancer Munne is now located within the small temple/shrine in the Catacombs and the former collector who used to collect Gargoyle skulls is nowhere to be found. Apparently, other Pre-Searing Collectors got the shift/shaft as well.

Guys,

I don't think anything was changed that wasn't in the notes. So I don't know, but some of the change speculation is a little... out there, you know?

Anyway, just to let you know, we had a very rare crash bug that showed itself an hour or two ago, and we fixed it in a minor build that completed just a little while ago. You know how it is, three people in Lower Upper Convantriola crash and we need to fix it.

But, full disclosure here, I wanted to mention that we're doing another build right now. The reason is that somehow the translation/localization for the French User's Agreement was garbled, and showing all sorts of very un-French letters or symbols. We actually need to do a full build to fix that, so it's in the hopper right now.

When you see "please rejoin," don't panic -- it's just fixing that language glitch and nothing else!

Earlier, we changed the User's Agreement. We added 8 words, that is all. Basically, we wanted to make sure that we let everyone know that if he or she is involved in item sales in any way, it's a breach of the User's Agreement. You can find those eight words at the final line of Section 7 of the UA. (See "Legal" on the www.guildwars.com site.) There were no other changes, I assure you, despite some thinking they spotted a few boogiemen under the bed.

Galie, I can post screenshots that show the weird graphics of wards and henchies if you really want to. And the warrior bosses in Orozar were definitely changed to weilding appropriate weapons and using the correct skills.

Don't know if this helps, but the red lines fade out after exactly 10 seconds. Here's the red lines after 10 seconds when scaled my ward down to 8 (they're faint but bear with me):

Three cheers for the wtfpwnzoring of the Chinese botters! Go Anet, Galie, the Frog, and Those Who Serve especially!

Yeah, there were definately some changes not listen in the notes (as I expect has been the case relatively frequently in updates).

Something weird just happened to me though, that didn't happen directly after the updates earlier.

I just logged in, and my login screen, the enviornment in the background, it was night. It was night time...?

I get that if I get disconnected and returned to the login screen. I think it's sorta [network good = day], [network bad = night].

Alright, some of the botters are back in Augury international d1. Please go stop them, Gaile, or have someone who can do it. It's really getting annoying.

Thanks, Anet for this great update!

It did not make my old characters version incompatible, did not wipe my HDD nor added extra hidden costs like every other game update out there! Woot for Anet.

Thanks for the kind words.

Now, let me ask you, you're 100% certain this is a change due to today's build? I'll be happy to pass along, but what's great is to know that it's today's build, and that you've been there/done that in the same area with different effect. Is that so?

Ok, we'll look into that. Thanks for the report.

Yes, I've been playing an Earth elementalist since I got Guild Wars a few months ago, and wards and wells never did that. I did the Orozar mission early this morning and there were no red spikes around wells then either. I've talked with other people, so they see them too and it's not my graphics card.

Also, the really weird part is how they stay for 10 seconds all the time no matter what the duration on the actual well graphics itself is.

Oh, and I noticed I spelled your name wrong in one of my posts, so I fixed it. Sorry.
